On the occasion our teams require extra time to complete your property due to additonal cleaning, waiting for guests to depart, or any other reason that is out of our control, we will contact you for approval, if we cannot contact you we will assume any extra time is aprroved, and invoice you the amount. Extra time is charged at $70 per hour per Exc GST.
